[21 May 2009|04:57pm] [ mood | blah ] Last night, I had a panic attack. Full blown. It lasted for a few hours. I thought I was going to die. I ended up crying my eyes out for a few hours, and then I fell asleep around 9:30 (earlier than usual), woke up at 6:30 (10 minutes past my alarm) and I was still tired all day. My eyes look different for some reason. Panic and anxiety attacks can take away alot of energy. Speak

Does anyone know how to play Apples To Apples? My Spanish teacher brought in a ton of board games today, and Apples To Apples was one of them. [17 May 2009|04:53pm] [ mood | calm ] I'm surprisingly calm, despite how shitty my Friday was. My weekend was boring AS HELL. Yesterday, my family went to Altoona to look at cars (yawns), although we did eat at a very good Mexican restaraunt in Altoona. I didn't get to go to HT though. :/ Whatever. I guess I'll have to buy my tutu (to wear ontop of my jeans of course) online. I drew a star on each of my knuckles except on my thumb on my left hand with black pen, and it looks pretty cool. :) I'm trying not to think about school tomorrow. I can sense that I'll be asked alot of questions. I want to do a picture post SO BAD, but I still don't have my fucking computer back, although I think I have my internet privelage back. Haha. I watched Green Day's music video "Jesus In Suburbia" and I loved it. I also saw a commercial on FUSE last night that changed me. The commercial was playing sort of sadsounding music and someone was whispering MUSIC WILL SAVE, MUSIC WILL SAVE, then at the end, someone said MUSIC WILL SAVE YOUR LIFE. I think that commercial changed me forever.... Back to my English portfolio now. -Keish Speak

So here are the ones that I recieved: (Oh and if this offends you, ignore this entry and carry on) 1. MCR My Chemical Romance = MCR. This band means so much to me. Back before I got help for my self harm and mood disorder, I felt lost, trapped in a hole of darkness, and the only thing I could turn to for answers was my knife, and I just felt the world would be a better place without me. About a year ago, I heard MCR's The Black Parade on the radio while I was riding in someone's car. I liked the "We'll carry on" bit, so I looked up MCR on YouTube, and I came across all these songs that calmed me down somewhat and made me feel safe. As I learned more about MCR and their previous album, I turned to my knife less often, listening to MCR's songs (especially their "You Brought Me Your Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love" album- their first album realeased in 2002) instead. MCR's lyrics inspired me to live, stopping me from suicide, making me feel like I would make it through. That's why I always write on my folders, notes, and arms and stuff: "MCR Saved My Life". If it wasn't for MCR, I most likely wouldn't be here right now. 2. Gay Rights: Gay rights mean alot to me. I'm a very proud Liberal. I'm fed up and sick of all these homophobes and homophobia. I remember hearing on the news about "gay bashing", and that drew the line for me. Hating someone for their sexuality is uncalled for. I myself, my sexuality isn't straight, let's just leave it at that. Love is love, and you can't change it. How can you say two people in love can't marry? Gays/Lesbians/Bis/and Trans deserve the same rights and respect as straight people, and just because they aren't straight doesn't make them a bad person. That's why I hate Christianity so much. In the bible it says homosexuality is a sin, which is why I refuse to practice a religion where homosexuality is a sin. I would continue, but I don't want homophobes biting my head off. 3. Poetry: Poetry for me is an outlet, a release for all my emotions and feelings trapped inside me. I mostly write dark/depressing poetry. Poetry is a way I can express myself. 4. Vegeterianism: Ok, meat, chicken, seafood and other animal products in which an animal was hurt or harmed grosses me out majorly. I've seen very graphic pictures of the afternath of the animals, and it sickened me. 5. Atheism See Gay Rights above. Also, being through depression, no God has ever saved or helped me. MCR has. Science ruined religion for me, and I read the bible and felt it was bullshit. A big magical man in the sky, sending people to hell if they don't believe in him, and he loves all his people supposedly? wtf? Speak
